Attorney says FDA faces losing court battles over tissue therapy regulation

The FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research has drafted four guidances intended to regulate the use of a variety of human tissues for therapeutic use, and a two-day seminar commenced with a number of presentations expressing skepticism.
