• Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. of Chesterbrook, Pa., reported net revenues of $66.2 million for the first quarter ending March 31, compared to net revenues of $73.6 million in the first quarter of 2012. The decrease was attributed to a fall in U.S. sales of Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum, or CCH) and Testim.
